JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for driving strategic efforts throughout our growth teams.
- The ideal candidate possesses a track record of effectively aligning supply and demand efforts, particularly in service-intensive firms Across Nigeria and/or Africa, automotive industries or marketplace startups are emerging.
- This position will demand you expand Mecho’s capability to meet the needs of her consumers across Nigeria.
- You will analyze demand and supply capacity regularly to improve performance, upskill the workforce, and deliver managers with assistance.

Job Requirements
- Grow and expand our technician capacity across Nigeria, leveraging our technician platform product.
- Build and execute a Standard Operating Process to drive internal team deliverables. Success would mean that you are proactive in efficiently matching growing demand needs using data.
- Business fulfillment acquisition, activation and expansion (franchise & non-franchise)
- Match & assign supply to demand accurately and in a timely fashion
- Advise on cost implication of job types required for supply assigning
- Create a workshop standard acquisition rating data, based on criteria’s such as tools, job process, equipment etc
- Ensure set turnaround time is achieved by fulfillment partners.
- Enforce compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide feedback on challenges & recommendations with respect to technology adoption
- Advise on areas of partnership, with respect to workshop management, spare-parts, tool acquisition
- Create a clear reporting & data management of all partners, activated workshops, with clear visibility on matched businesses & utilization
- Create a continuous communication channel for feedback with the fulfillment team
- Test run roll out of application with active partner workshops
- Ensure the adoption of our technology
- Liaise with all stakeholders on sustainable business SLAs (Business, Operations, marketing and retail parts)
- Liaise with the product team on creating supply features (Workshop info, SLA, Verification)
- Liaise with the marketing team on greater sensitization of the Mecho App
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s or HND degree is required. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience driving operations and strategy.
- Experience in the automotive business is required.
- Experience in the supply chain is a distinct benefit.
- Startup experience is a big plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Business acumen with the ability to create an overarching strategy and drive process improvement
- Detail-oriented, analytical, process- and data-driven
- Strong supervision and leadership abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive principles, methods, and best practices is preferred.
- A strong network in the automotive and supply chain fields is advantageous.
